Muslims joins Christians in Bombing an Abortion Clinic

Chattanooga, Tenn. – In an unlikely display of cooperation between fringe elements of the world’s two largest religions, Christian radicals teamed with fundamentalist Muslims to bomb a Tennessee abortion clinic late last month.
“From the Crusades to the Battle of Lepanto to the cleansing of Kosovo, Christians and Muslims have been spilling blood between our people for more than a thousand years,” said Iranian Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani during a recent joint interview with U.S. catholic politician Rick Santorum. “But after a millennia of violence, followers of both religions have started to realize that our faiths are not as different as once assumed. We actually have much in common – from our weird rules about sex to our strange obsession with Israel.”
The bombing, which left three abortion clinic employees injured, marked the first time in nearly 1,300 years that the independent organizations have worked together to commit an act of religious violence.
“In many ways, Christianity and Islam are more alike than different,” added Santorum. “In several instances – condoms, women’s rights, homosexuality, the subtle push toward unification of church and state – hardline Christians have much more in common with fundamentalist Islam than with the godless heathens of liberal democracy. This bombing marks a new effort to combine the power of our two religions in order to impose our overlapping religious ideals upon the frightened masses.”–Drew Miller

America's largest city, an ethnically diverse, politically liberal melting pot of more than 8 million people, routinely violates the civil liberties of its racial and ethnic minorities. New York City's "Stop and Frisk" policy, the subject of class action lawsuit, annually ensnares hundreds of thousands of innocent New Yorkers, a majority of them black and Latino. Complaints about searches sans probable cause are constant. Listen for yourself as a 17-year-old Harlem boy is stopped, called a "fucking mutt" and threatened with a broken arm. Read about the part of "Stop and Frisk" that was already declared unconstitutional in federal court. See the appalled street protesters. The visible activism and vocal dissent is as it should be.

Muslims Condemn Terrorism!

Muslims need to unite in condemning the killings of the innocent people. We need to hear louder voices of all the moderate Muslims, so they down the voice of terror. Violence has no place in Islam, and the communities have to root out the terrorists. After the Boston attacks all the Muslims were worried about the back lash. Parents were afraid to send their children to schools, young Muslims were afraid to leave their homes. The question arises that are we vigilant enough to watch for the signs of radicalism in the people we know? Do we say something when we see something?

No mater what the intentions, terrorism is ugly and has no place in society. We at Moderate Muslim Voices condemn the attacks in Boston. We urge the moderate Muslims to step up and join us in condemning the acts of terrorist.

Muslim Burial for Boston Bomber? NO!

Some are raising the question if Boston Bomber; Tamerlan should receive a Muslim burial. No one except the media has declared him a Muslim. His uncle and aunt have both said that he showed interest in Islam but he was raised as a Christian. There has been no verification from FBI to that affect either. Then why raise the question if he should receive a Muslim burial? He was NOT a Muslim! He may have gone on Muslim websites but that does not make him a Muslim. Media has been very irresponsible in declaring him a Muslim.

Mosques are also shying away from giving him a Muslim burial.
Imam Talal Eid of the Islamic Institute of Boston, told Huffington Post.
"I would not be willing to do a funeral for him, this is a person who deliberately killed people."

Boston Suspect Awaits Charges

Investigators were seeking a motive for the Boston Marathon bombings and whether others were involved as they awaited a chance on Sunday to interview the surviving ethnic Chechen suspect.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was in a Boston hospital seriously wounded and unable to speak, after he was captured late on Friday at the end of a huge manhunt that shut down Boston.

His brother, Tamerlan, 26, was killed in a firefight with police earlier on Friday.
