How Low is too Low for Taliban? 12 year old Suicide Bomber

In the southeastern province of Paktika, 12  year old suicide bomber, wearing a vest packed with explosives, killed four civilians and wounded 12, the statement came from the governor's office in Paktika, near the Pakistan border.

The Taliban has announced its spring offensive would start today, with spring and summer the traditional fighting season in the country after the brutal winter.

A United Nations report released earlier this year presented evidence that the Talibans are responsible for the majority of civilian deaths in Afghanistan in 2010. According to documents from the Joint Intelligence Group at the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, the Taliban systematically recruits and trains juveniles to be suicide bombers.

President Hamid Karzi said, “The use of children and youths who don’t know the difference between right and wrong in terrorist attacks is inhumane and against all Islamic principles.”

Instead of condemning all terrorist attacks, this sound like president is endorsing terrorist attacks by adults and consider them humane and on Islamic principles.
