Small Plane Crash In India Kills 10

A small plane crashed into a residential area outside India's capital New Delhi late on Wednesday, killing at least 10 people, local television said.
The plane was heading from the eastern city of Patna to New Delhi when it hit bad weather over Faridabad, police officer Bhagat Singh said by phone. He could not confirm the death toll.

Local television showed images of the wreckage and of rubble. They said there were seven people on board the plane. (Reuters)
