Gaddafi is supplying Viagra to his troops

Susan Rice, the ambassador to the United Nations claimed that Muammar Gaddafi is supplying his troops with Viagra to encourage mass rape.This claim surfaced in an al-Jazeera report last month, in which Libyan doctor said
they had found Viagra in the pockets of Pro-Gaddafi troops, according to Guadian. Rice made the allegation in a closed-door meeting of the Security Council after facing criticism from council members that the Western-backed coalition has effectively sided with Libya's rebels in the country's ongoing civil war. China, Russia, India and many other have expressed concern that the NATO-backed military coalition has exceeded its mandate to protect civilians.

Human Rights Watch has been investigating and has also interviewed the doctor and determined that he had no direct evidence to support the claim.

There is no way to verify these allegations, made by the top U.S. diplomat, but if proves to be true then it's the highest possible form of human rights abuse against women.
